About the Journal

Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Bali (JOOB), Initiated by Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS) Department, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and Perhati Bali at the end of 2025, the aim is to provide a platform for students, doctors, specialists, and professors who want to write about upturn and ideas in the field of ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat), especially those in Bali.

JOOB was formed based on a Decree (SK no: B/87/UN14.2.2.III/TI.03.03/2026) of the Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS) Department, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in collaboration with PERHATI Bali (Bali Association of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS Bali) at the end of 2025. JOOB publishes original scientific articles in the field of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and science, as well as other related pathologies. It includes articles presenting research findings and, occasionally, case reports and clinical reviews.

JOOB published by ORL-HNS Department, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and PERHATI Bali is a publication of scientific work in the field of Otology, Rhinology, Larynx Pharynx, Neurotology, Oncology, Facial Plastic Reconstruction, Bronchoesophagology, Allergy Immunology, ORL-HNS Community, ORL-HNS Technology , Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

This journal is published twice a year (June and December) in printed form which can be accessed and downloaded from this website.
