Abstrak

Industri fashion yang didominasi oleh fast fashion berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan akibat kelebihan produksi dan persediaan, penurunan kualitas serta tren yang cepat berubah.  Salah satu solusi dalam meminimalkan limbah fashion dengan beralih pada produk slow fashion. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode narrative literature review. Adapun literatur yang digunakan yaitu artikel yang memiliki rentang waktu terbit pada tahun 2014 hingga 2023. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyaring judul dan abstrak, selanjutnya dianalisis sesuai dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat literatur yang dianalisis dari tahun 2014 hingga 2023 berfokus pada green purchase intention pada produk ramah lingkungan, dimana green purchase intention konsumen pada produk ramah lingkungan dominan dipengaruhi oleh sikap konsumen. Sikap konsumen terhadap konsumsi slow fashion di tentukan oleh tingkat kepedulian mereka terhadap lingkungan dan persepsi konsumen terhadap fashion berkelanjutan. Gaya hidup seseorang menentukan pola konsumsi, dimana seseorang dengan gaya hidup peduli terhadap lingkungan, memilih untuk membeli produk ramah lingkungan sebagai bagian dari komitmen mereka untuk mendukung keberlanjutan. Pilihan produk pada slow fashion merupakan salah satu solusi mengurangi dampak negatif limbah fashion. Slow fashion menekankan pada kualitas, keberlanjutan, dan produksi yang etis, bahan-bahan yang ramah lingkungan, seperti kain organik atau daur ulang, serta mendukung proses produksi yang adil bagi pekerja

 

The fashion industry dominated by fast fashion has a negative impact on the environment due to overproduction and inventory, decreased quality and rapidly changing trends.  One solution in minimizing fashion waste is to switch to slow fashion products. This research uses the narrative literature review method. The literature used is articles that have a time span of publication from 2014 to 2023. Data was collected by filtering titles and abstracts, then analyzed according to the research theme. The results found that there is literature analyzed from 2014 to 2023 focusing on green purchase intention on environmentally friendly products, where consumer green purchase intention on environmentally friendly products is dominantly influenced by consumer attitudes. Consumer attitudes towards slow fashion consumption are determined by their level of concern for the environment and consumer perceptions of sustainable fashion. A person's lifestyle determines consumption patterns, where someone with a lifestyle concerned about the environment chooses to buy environmentally friendly products as part of their commitment to support sustainability. The choice of products in slow fashion is one solution to reduce the negative impact of fashion waste. Slow fashion emphasizes quality, sustainability, and ethical production, environmentally friendly materials, such as organic or recycled fabrics, and supports fair production processes for workers.
