PUBLICATION PROCESS

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors must submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Submissions must conform to the journal’s formatting guidelines and include:

  • Complete manuscript (in .doc/.docx format)

  • Author details (full name, affiliation, ORCID if available)

  • Declaration of originality and conflict of interest (if any)

2. Initial Editorial Screening

Upon submission, the Editorial Team will:

  • Verify compliance with formatting, language, and scope

  • Conduct a plagiarism check using reliable detection tools

  • Decide whether the manuscript proceeds to peer review or is desk-rejected

Duration: 3–7 working days

3. Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening undergo double-blind peer review by two or more independent reviewers who assess:

  • Originality and relevance

  • Methodological rigor

  • Clarity of presentation

  • Theoretical and practical contributions

Review Duration: 2–4 weeks (may vary based on reviewer availability)

4. Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer recommendations, the editor will issue one of the following decisions:

  • Accept without revisions

  • Minor revisions required

  • Major revisions required

  • Reject

Authors will receive reviewers' comments along with the decision.

5. Revision and Resubmission

Authors must revise the manuscript according to reviewer feedback and upload:

  • Revised manuscript

  • Detailed response to reviewers (highlighting changes made)

Time given for revision:

  • Minor revisions: max. 7 days

  • Major revisions: max. 14 days

6. Final Acceptance

Once revisions are satisfactory, the Editor-in-Chief issues a formal acceptance letter. The accepted manuscript proceeds to production.

7. Article Processing Charge (APC)

For accepted papers, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 250,000 applies. Payment details are shared upon acceptance.
Deadline: Payment must be completed within 5 working days to avoid cancellation.

8. Copyediting and Layout

The editorial production team performs:

  • Language polishing (minor corrections only)

  • Formatting and layout editing according to journal style

  • DOI assignment and metadata entry

Authors may be asked to confirm final proofs before publication.

9. Online Publication

The final version of the article is published online under an Open Access license and indexed accordingly. Authors will receive a permanent link (DOI) to their article.

10. Indexing and Archiving

All published articles are:

  • Assigned a DOI

  • Archived in the journal repository and relevant indexing platforms

  • Promoted through the journal's website and communication channels
