Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

WRITING GUIDANCE

  1. We publish Advances in Tropical Biodiversity and Environmental Sciences (ATBES) three times a year, in February, June, and October.
  2. Manuscripts as Original Research Papers, Short Communications, Case Reports, Reviews, or Mini-Reviews are invited for rapid peer-review publishing in the ATBES.
  3. The technical paper is original and unpublished.
  4. The author writes the technical paper in English. The organization of the paper includes an abstract, introduction, research method, results and analysis, conclusion, Thanksgiving (if any), and reference. The paper length is a maximum of 10 pages, including tables and figures.
  5. The abstract should briefly summarize the essence of the paper and address the objective, technology or method, results, conclusions, and clinical impact.
  6. The technical papers submitted for publication must advance the state of knowledge and cite relevant prior work.
  7. The IRCS UNUD Journals template guides the writing of the paper.
  8. All accepted papers must complete and sign the copyright and publishing agreement forms and then send them to atbes@unud.ac.id for processing.
  9. Technical papers can be submitted to the site https://ejournal1.unud.ac.id/index.php/atbes or sent to atbes@unud.ac.id.
