Advances in Tropical Biodiversity and Environmental Sciences (also known as ATBES) is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to the advancement and dissemination of scientific knowledge concerning tropical biodiversity and environmental sciences throughout the world for researchers and professionals. ATBES publishes on February, June, and October.
The scope of the journal is wide and multidisciplinary that publishes original research papers, review articles, short communication as well as conceptual, technical, and methodological papers on all aspects including research findings, experimental design, analysis, and recent application in tropical biodiversity and environmental science studies.
This journal publishes in English and is distributed worldwide. It covers scientific and technological aspects from all fields that have general relevance to tropical biodiversity and environmental sciences including investigations on tropical biodiversity, systematics and taxonomy, terrestrial and aquatic ecology, wildlife management and control, ethnobotany and ethnozoology, tropical plant and animals cultivation, natural product chemistry, ecotourism, environmental remediation and management, and geographic information system (GIS), remote sensing and other modeling application for environmental studies.
ATBES now has Sinta 3 Accreditation.

Advances in Tropical Biodiversity and Environmental Sciences is published by the Research Center and Community Service Board at Udayana University, Campus of Bukit Jimbaran, Badung, Bali.
The issue is published three times per year, each February, June, and October. Each issue is published for a minimum of 6 articles.
The manuscript submitted should be an original work none published yet or would be published in other journals. The manuscript could be the result of research formatted science or technology, research article, literature review article, review of a recent important issue, or short communication.
The manuscript should be written in English and submitted for publication must advance the state of knowledge and cite relevant prior work.
The manuscript should be written according to the Guidelines for the Author and the Article Template of the journal. The manuscript should be submitted to the site ATBES E-Journal System.
