FILSAFAT SEJARAH SPEKULATIF, FILSAFAT SEJARAH KRITIS, DAN MEMAHAMI MASA DEPAN

Abstract

Balinese society in general, in living their daily lives today, is largely based on what happened in the past. In fact, many are unwilling to let go of their atita perspective on the past. However, recent developments in the social sciences and humanities appear to be shifting to understanding what they intend to do, focusing more on future thinking, namely nagata thinking. Questions arise, including: firstly, why is it necessary to study future thinking in our present lives? Secondly, how should this thinking be developed and practiced? And thirdly, what is the meaning of this future thinking when applied to gaining meaning for a better future in living this life. This study uses a historical approach based on oral traditions that have developed in society and have their own cultural roots.
