Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The article must be related to tourist, geographical elements on tourism, and tourism industry.
  • The article must not contain elements of plagiarism and meet the guidelines for scriptwriting and have not or not in the process of publication on other media, both print media and electronic media.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Jurnal IPTA (Industri Perjalanan Wisata) provides official article templates to ensure consistency, clarity, and academic quality. Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the appropriate template prior to submission.

All manuscripts submitted to Jurnal IPTA are processed through the Online Journal System (OJS). Authors may monitor the entire editorial process through their OJS account. The journal accepts manuscripts written in Bahasa Indonesia or English, provided that the correct template is used.

Indonesian Article Template

This template is intended for authors preparing manuscripts in Bahasa Indonesia. It provides the required article structure, formatting rules, citation style, tables, figures, and references in accordance with Jurnal IPTA standards.

This template is designed for manuscripts written in English. It follows international academic writing conventions and ensures compatibility with Jurnal IPTA’s peer-review and publication process.

Copyright Notice

Copyright Transfer Agreement

Authors are required to complete and submit the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

The copyright to articles published in Jurnal IPTA (Industri Perjalanan Wisata) is transferred to the journal effective upon acceptance for publication. This transfer allows the editorial board to publish, reproduce, archive, and distribute the article in both printed and electronic formats, while authorship credit remains fully acknowledged.

Authors are required to complete the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) form as part of the publication process.

The completed form must be submitted via email to ipta[at]unud.ac.id with the following file name format: 1stAuthor_CTA_Year.
