Urban roadside greenbelts are strategic urban green open spaces because they interact with transportation corridors, impervious surfaces, pollution sources, and public mobility. This study evaluated the ecological quality of arterial roadside greenbelts in Magetan Regency by integrating vegetation diversity, tree health, and the Indonesian Green-Blue Index (IHBI). The study was conducted from May to June 2024 in 19 roadside segments using a census of 649 trees. Vegetation was analyzed using species abundance, Shannon-Wiener diversity, evenness, and relative abundance. Tree health was assessed using Forest Health Monitoring (FHM), while IHBI was calculated according to the national regulation on green open space. Spearman correlation, principal component analysis (PCA), and hierarchical clustering were used to strengthen segment-level integration. The greenbelt consisted of 20 species and was dominated by Azadirachta indica and Samanea saman. Tree health was dominated by light damage, mainly on branches and stems. The total IHBI reached 1,379.6 ha or 2.00% of Magetan Regency. PCA and clustering distinguished segment H as a greenbelt-coverage outlier, segments O and I as more diverse segments, and segments A, D, J, and R as health-maintenance priorities
