Scabiosis is a skin disease in pets caused by Notoedres cati or Sarcoptes scabei mites in the corneum layer of the skin. Otitis externa is an inflammatory disease that occurs in the external ear canal. Toxocaryosis is a disease caused by worms from the genus Toxocara spp. Ankylostomiosis is a disease caused by infection with the worm Ancylostoma spp. The purpose of writing this article is to provide information regarding the treatment and diagnosis methods of scabiosis infections, otitis externa, toxocarariosis and ankylostomiosis in cats as well as evaluation after appropriate therapy is given to infected cats. A male domestic cat, 4 years old, weighing 3.35 kg, black and white hair was examined with complaints of itching and frequent scratching of the back and ears. On examination of the skin scraping (superficial skin scrapping) the presence of Notoedres cati and Sarcoptes scabei mites was found. On the otic swab supporting examination, it was found that Otodectes cynotis mites were present. On examination of the float, Toxocara cati and Ancylostoma worm eggs were found. Based on the history, clinical examination and supporting examinations, the case cat was diagnosed as having scabiosis, otitis externa, toxocarariosis and ankylostomiosis with a fausta prognosis. For causative therapy, IvermecRhein® injection, Vetotic® drops and Caniverm® anthelmintic medication are given. As symptomatic therapy, Veterdryl® injection and Alleron® oral medication are given. With supportive therapy given Fish Oil, Nutri-Plus Gel 120gr and bathed using Sulfur Shampoo. Evaluation was carried out on the 14th day where the case cat showed that its condition continued to improve. It is recommended that pet owners pay attention to the cleanliness of the surrounding environment and pay attention to the cat's condition to prevent recurrent infections.
