Strategi Pengembangan Agrowisata Pondok Jukjukan di Desa Mangguh Kecamatan Kintamani Kabupaten Bangli

Abstract

Agrotourism Development Strategy of Pondok Jukjukan in Mangguh Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. Pondok Jukjukan Agrotourism is a tour of picking oranges directly from the tree with natural beauty and the air is so cool that the sensation of eating oranges is something different from before. Pondok Jukjukan agrotourism is located in Mangguh Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine internal and external factors, formulate alternative strategies, and formulate the most appropriate main strategy for developing Pondok Jukjukan Agrotourism. The analysis used in this research is internal and external factors, IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The results of the study show that the internal factors that become strengths are beautiful scenery with cool air. Weakness factors are the lack of attractions in Pondok Jukjukan Agrotourism and the lack of land area in Pondok Jukjukan Agrotourism. While external factors that become opportunities are utilizing nature and culinary tourism to attract tourists and threat factors, namely the existence of agro-tourism areas that do not last long and the presence of high rainfall. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis show that there are eleven alternative strategies and superior strategies from the results of the QSPM matrix, namely collaborating with fellow agro-tourism actors. Suggestions for Pondok Jukjukan Agrotourism are implementing the priority strategies that have been set.
