Abstract

Along with the development of technology, the process of data transactions will occur even faster which will result in information about problems that occur in society difficult to analyze. Analysis and visualization of public complaints data aims to analyze and read based on the data, what problems are most common in today's society.

The Python programming language is used as a programming language that will be used to analyze and visualize data because it is easy to learn and its syntax is quite easy to understand. Data on public complaints was obtained through archives in the Denpasar City Communication, Information and Statistics Office.

It is hoped that after analyzing and visualizing public complaint data, the Denpasar City government can categorize problems from mild to severe in order to determine the priority scale for each problem that occurs in society in order to achieve a Culture-Based Creative City Towards Advanced Denpasar.
