APLIKASI MANAJEMEN BERKAS UNTUK PEGAWAI PT PEGADAIAN AREA DENPASAR 1

Abstract

PT Pegadaian Area Denpasar 1 is an area office of PT Pegadaian located in the city of Denpasar, Bali. PT Pegadaian Area Denpasar 1 offers an opportunity for final semester students to engage in community service activities. This community service program assists the author and other students in solving real-world issues in the field of informatics. One of the problems that arise is the difficulty faced by employees in finding a file/document they need on their PCs, as sometimes they place their documents in various directories on their PCs. The author has come up with a solution, which is the development of a File Management application for employees. This application aims to manage various files from employees with just one input per file. The author successfully solved the partner's problem by creating a program that can effectively manage files/documents and facilitate employees in managing files/documents on their PCs. The system mentioned above assists the partner in managing and quickly finding the files they need, and it only requires the use of this application, which can enhance productivity and streamline the business processes of the partner, especially for employees.
