Information systems are a basic requirement in the development of industrial digitalization toward the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Improving the performance and management of business management, both commercial and non-profit-oriented, really needs an information system that is easy to access and has a multiplier effect on the information that will be obtained. The development of a web-based information system to integrate cooperative and MSME data is needed under the name SIDAKU. The purpose of developing SIDAKU is to develop an application that is able to: (a) display infographics and spatial data on MSMEs in Batu City; (b) provide detailed data on MSMEs both in terms of organization, membership, and existing business performance data; and (c) display financial statements of each MSME. The method for developing the SIDAKU application uses the Agile Methodology for the SDLC development method and the Design Thinking method for developing the interface. It is implemented using the PHP and Javascript programming languages. System testing is carried out by prospective users in the form of functional testing and platform (browser) testing. SIDAKU is expected to obtain valid and comprehensive data that is integrated to support data-based decision making by the government, MSMEs, communities, and other stakeholders can access with https://plut.batukota.go.id/.
